It is never enough to receive attention
only from your self. Even when you want to
be left alone, you need others to confirm
and validate your reality to really know and
really feel it has substance, is substantive.
You do not have to be lonely to want the attention
of others. People need the attention of others
to confirm and affirm their own sense of reality.
Even when you want to be alone, you need others
to know you exist to live long and really
prosper.
The
problem, however, is that our sense of reality
often ends up being challenged by others as
much as it is reinforced.
Life
is a challenge. Get used to it. Better yet,
learn to love it.
Existence
is challenging. Only those who love a challenge
really love life.
