What's the secret to becoming a star?
Why, getting attention. And what's the secret
to getting attention? Exposure. Exposure.
Exposure.
You
need repeated exposure, especially media exposure,
to enter public awareness. And you first need
to enter public awareness to even hope to
begin achieving stardom.
Yes,
of course you need to be likable. Far more
than that, you need to be lovable. And since
it's all a popularity contest, you need to
be more lovable than the other wannabees
in order to successfully compete for the public's
attention and favor.
But
You need public exposure (to get attention)
even more than you need talent, beauty, brains,
brawn or confidence. Because you need attention
to achieve stardom more than you need a reason
to be worthy of public attention.
So..
Get exposure! Get wide exposure. Get wonderful
world wide exposure. By all means, get as
much exposure as you can. By hook or by crook,
get public exposure and grab their attention!
Nothing
is more powerful than star power. Nothing
is more popular. Nothing is more attractive.
Nothing is more desirable. Nothing is more
rewarding. But it all begins by capturing
the public's attention. And nothing captures
the public's attention like being naked..
in public.
So
get naked. Bare your soul.
What's
that?! Naked violence? Naked sex? The naked
truth? Or is it just a publicity stunt? A
cheap trick to get viewers and improve ratings?
Who knows? Who cares? Drop your pants. Expose
yourself.
EXPOSURE
= LOCATION
Simply
being at the center of attention makes everything
important and valuable.
The
secret of stardom is exposure, exposure, exposure.
But the secret of real estate is suposedly
location, location, location. So why is location,
location, location, so important in real estate?
Because the best locations have the best exposure.
They are valued for giving people the kinds
of exposure they most value, i.e., exposure
to the things they most value (eg., scenery,
shoppers, security). The most valuable real
estate exposes the most people to the best
of all worlds simply by being made aware of
its existence and what it has to offer. And
the more people that know of it, the more
desired and valuable it becomes. A property
becomes highly popular and desirable simply
by exposing the public to something it wants.
Such star properties are always located at
the center of the public's attention.

increase anything's importance and possibly
even its value.

If something is at the center of attention
because it is attractive and not just repulsive,
then it can hold that attention and grow in
value.
