"CAREGIVER!"  What's that? No one cares, you say? Ahh. Do you mean to say no one cares about you? We all care deeply about who truly cares about us. Who cares? Who cares?! Cried The Adman.

"NURSE ME!"  You're a star! Yes, you are. Everyone wants to be a star to his or her loved ones. And everyone is a star.. in his own head. We're all far more conscious of ourselves than of others, trapped in our own little worlds trying to figure out others. But me-and-mine is all anyone really knows. It's all about me... and my world. Everyone's a star.. because we're all at the center of our own drama of self-importance & survival. Cried The Adman.

"STAR!"  So you want to be a star, said The Adman. Then first you must prove you are lovable. Life is a popularity contest that only rewards the desirable. And stardom is its highest reward. So how do you become popular? Exposure. Getting exposure is even more important than having great looks, talent or confidence. It's how you get attention. And it all begins by exposing yourself. Stick yourself out there! Bare your soul! Get naked! Cried The Adman.

"CELEBRITY!"  Anything that has the power to readily hold our attention is hypnotic. And nothing is more hypnotic than the famous. The more famous, the more hypnotic & powerful. Nothing is more powerful than that which has the power to control our attention. It creates its own authority. Fame, public reputation, renown, dominates public awareness and public opinion. Said The Adman.

"SENSE!"  What is our most important sense? ... Hearing? Sight? Smell? Taste? Touch? No. It's our mysterious sense of importance. This ability to feel & perceive importance gives us purpose & meaning. If it's an illusion, it's a very useful one. Tendered The Adman.

"BEING IMPORTANT!"   Just being conscious automatically makes you (seem) important... at least to yourself. But are you really important if this dream of importance seems to come to an end when you die? Asked The Adman.

"IMPORTANT HOW?"  How do you... become important?! Just by becoming conscious. Consciousness is the source of every sense of importance. Being conscious of something and making others conscious of it makes anything important. The source of consciousness is what then? –The Adman

"VERY IMPORTANT!"  What could be so damn important? Nothing really. All that matters is that I succeed in getting you to look. All that matters is that I enter your consciousness (one way or another) so you know I am alive! That I exist!! It's my business! Said The Adman.

"IMPORTANT!"   Sensing importance is the essence of consciousness. And attention is the very lifeblood of sensing importance. The primal power of attention is passion, which powers everyone's sense of importance. Smoked, noted The Adman.

"LEGEND!"  No one wants to die. Everyone wants to live for- ever. Wishful thinking shuts out any real sense of our mortality. Wishful thinking is a stubbornly persistent illusion.
